Yeah, definitely NOT a dry heat. I was schvitzing within 15 minutes. Ah, the joys of training for a fall marathon in Florida :)

After a nice, cool shower, I settled in and watched The Other Boleyn Girl, which was really good. Who knew Anne Boleyn was such a bitch? (I'm sure some literary license was taken, but still...)
