Just Curious

In light of two separate conversations I've been involved in recently, I'm looking for opinions:

Why is it okay for a guy to be older in a romantic relationship, but it's less desirable for a girl to be the older one? What is the difference? Is it a childbearing/survival of the species thing ingrained in humans or what?

Any thoughts, anyone? Guys in particular? Bueller? Bueller?

(I owe a race report and pics from Gasparilla. Coming after work tonight or tomorrow afternoon.)

Other than male insecurity, who knows? Shortly after I graduated college, I dated a woman for a year who was 5 years older than me. After that, I had the hots for a co-worker who was 14 years older than me. Love, like gold, is where you find it.
