That means I GOTTA take care of myself, so I can START.
Been resting, hot-tubbing, massaging, doing the tennis ball under the butt all week. Will try a run tomorrow - test to see if the pains of last Sunday occur again.
I'm a registration volunteer at a race tomorrow with Montgomery County Road Runners...so I will need to be at the race whether I run it or not.
