hey i thought the crazy cat lady starter kit was very cute!! and as far as the customer service pin, i think every person who has or is working retail would pay good money for one lol! Atleast you dont work at the BBB over here...its five seconds from the daytona 500! super wierdos go there i bet lol!!!
