Took a spill on my run this morning. Hit a crack in the pavement, turned my ankle, and went down like a sack of wet cement. The ankle is fine; my ankles are really weird anyway--kinda bendy. Another reason I've always been a lousy ice skater ;)
I'll be back out on the roads tomorrow morning. Hopefully without extra road rash....

I'm currently black and blue on both knees and shins because I can't seem to get the knack of walking around the new coffee table.

Thanks! I'm fine. A little scraped up and bruised, and got a massive ribbing from my friend at work yesterday, but it's all good :)
LMAO! Ah its a newton thing! tripping over cracks, tripping over flat surfaces, the mysteriously moving tiles at jc penney...ah arent we so graceful! Its ok though at work theres a little bump across the carpet and i trip over it ALL the time and people look at me like im a loser lol but my boss says its ok she does it too!!
